I should start doing this more often.
Please note that these are all updates that have yet to take effect. They'll be put in place on the next reset/maintenance, but ultimately we need to wait for Dark to send out the clientside patches first.
General/Bug fixes
-Putting Assassin Damascus into the Hall of Champions
-Putting Ice Pick into the shop
-Long and Near attack resistances (for example Alligator Card and Orc Lord Card) capped at 99%
-Demi human racial resistance capped at 99% (Thara Frog, for example); Though no one actually reached this, it's good to be safe
-The 3x skill mod on players doesn't affect ranged melee skills anymore (ranged attacks actually only got a 1.5x, not 3x, multiplier to begin with)
-Rael (Guidebook) now gives a gift once you hit 750 and talk to him
-Increased HP multipliers on all classes
-Put rating + 3 items into the Credit Dealer at 100 a piece
Item Changes
-Siroma, Imp, Banshee have their skill damage boosts reduced to 5% per card, still increased with refines
-High Wizard adjusted to ignore 5% MDEF per card, increased by refines
Skill Changes (Not a single class)
-Quadruple Strafing changed back to Double Strafing
Stalker
-Returned strip multiplier (33% per strip, only increases melee range damage)
Paladin
-Sacrifice (Martyr's Reckoning) now ignores PD
Super Novice
-HP multiplier increased
Taekwon
-Reduced FSK CD to 1 second from 5 seconds
