Time Range: Will happen at some time between 9 AM to 2 PM (large timeframe to account for error)

Server should only be down for at most 30 minutes while I backup and implement bug fixes. I'll login and warn players at least 5 minutes beforehand.

Things to be added:
-A fix on homunculus stats and the skill Resurrect Homunculus
-Adding Earth Spike and Lightning Bolt scrolls to the mall (Level 5)
-Adjustment to GS Full Buster and Tracking. Cast time now totally variable (made it fixed temporarily), but added 1s and .5s CD respectively. Will adjust more from there.
-Implementation of PvP skill multiplier removal (only applies to monsters now)

Big thx for vijay for adjusting the GS making Tracking as a 2nd option while spamming rapid shower or desperado..
Full Buster still isnt good for swapping weapons the cd still goes on to the handgun.. xD but Thx a lot i'll see how it can affect PVE..
